I really liked the amenities such as the swimming pool, sauna, great shower rooms and the steam room. The hotel room was also spacious and I love the way the bathroom was designed.

Hotel - Appeared simple from the outside, but its interior, from the lobby to the rooftop pool, is truly grand. Room - We liked the layout, interior, and size (spacious!) Breakfast - Simple, traditional, and filling breakfast proved that sometimes the secret to a hearty morning meal is to keep things simple. It also set the tone for a lovely stay. Dinner - With so many delicious options, the dinner buffet was a gourmet haven. Location - Handy, a short stroll from Al Ain Mall and nearby small shops. With ample parking in the vicinity, it proves to be convenient for both visitors and meet-ups. Staff - They showed initiative and were incredibly helpful and proactive. Their service reflected their sincere concern for the guests' well-being (particularly the valet attendants).

This hotel is my preferred place for staying in Al Ain. The location right in front of Al Ain Mall is an added advantage . Staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk staff Mr Saeed was very accommodating upon our arrival and offered us a free upgrade. Food by the room service and at the restaurant downstairs was very good and reasonablypriced. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit the beautiful and quiet city of Al Ain.

Very convenient location, 5 mins drive from the main bus station and a 2 min walk from the mall, the “grand” in the name of the hotel isn’t just for show, from the moment you step in to the lovby you can tell just how luxurious it is. Our room was very spacious, very clean, organized, comfortable and definitely worth the money. We ordered some room service and had low expectations for the food but it was surprisingly really good, especially the breakfast with such a wife variety of food to choose from.

From the moment of arrival to the departure, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Although our room wasn’t ready, the way in which the receptionist dealt with us is testimony to great customer service. Our suite was excellent - clean and comfortable. The variety of food offered in the restaurant was great - something for every taste. Overall a great time was had and we would stay at Ayla Grand again.

Staff was accommodating and friendly enough. We did not pay for breakfast because we want to stay longer in bed in the daytime, and that suits us well. The location of the hotel is definitely great because its right across a mall and that is very convenient. The television was not working and we have a personnel checked it,after that,it all worked out fine.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. It felt like coming home each day. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we were thankful for the great job the staff who cleaned our room did. Loved the room and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. 10/10 from me. I will be visiting Al Ain numerous times in the future and loo forward to staying with you again! Thankyou.

Very comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need for pleasant stay: nice mattrasses, comfy washroom, electrical kettle with tea and coffee, iron. Nice staff. Wonderful breakfast. Spacious parking under the roof. Great location close to many attractions and a big shopping center is across the street. Nice rooftop swimming pool.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. My room was upgraded, and it was huge! Very comfortable and clean. The staff was truly helpful and friendly. The location is very good to get to know the city.
